Changing Your Order
Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. In this case, please cancel your order within 2 hours of submitting it or return the items and place a new order.
Canceling Your Order
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of submitting it. Orders placed using coupons or gift cards cannot be cancelled. For more information on refunds or exchanges, please see our return instructions.
How do refunds work for cancelled orders?
We do not charge your payment until the order is shipped. If you cancel an order, you will not be charged, so you will not need to be refunded. You may see an initial authorization for the order total; this is a temporary hold on funds that will be automatically removed in a few days.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
No, our team moves quickly to process and ship your order; we are unable to change your shipping address. However, once your order has shipped, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a pickup location:
